Hi Gerald,
I’m new to the “if pain persists” podcast and just listened to this one today. I am loving your perspective and approach and have to say, a few extra things have fallen into place for me on this matter today.
As a 30-something person with a chronic condition which seems to have been worsening lately, I’ve been having some horrible nocturnal cramps over the past few months. Asking my GP about it, I seem to be an anomaly and was not given any great help or resolution (or cause for that matter!) My meds are changing for various reasons, but today you’ve given me a few more good tips to try – so thank you!
