When the Romans coined the word for “glue” they came up with “gluten”. It’s the protein found in wheat, spelt, barley, rye and oats. It affects people with coeliac disease and, if left untreated and unrecognized, can ruin quality-of-life

I am gluten intolerant .. however my bigger problem is an upset tummy, wind, gas, pain. I have had a colonoscopy and a been tested for fructose intolerance, but were negative. However, I have self diagnosed IBS. Is there anything you can recommend to help this situation. eg last night I had an Indian meal at a restaurant and I feel terrible today. There was one deep fried food that I ate. Thank you
